Where we ship
We ship to the continental United States. Every barrier is cut to size at our facility in North Miami, Florida. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, contact us for a shipping quote.
Processing time
Orders are cut and shipped within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm your measurements with you.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat rate per order, based on the destination state and the order total. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

In Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties our crew can install your barrier. We confirm the details during a free site visit.
Tracking
When your order ships we send you the tracking information by email or text.
Damage in transit
If your barrier arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@waterdefense.us or +1 (305) 239-2761 with photos, and we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
