Return and refund policy

Every Water Defense Systems flood barrier is cut to the exact size of your opening. For that reason, barriers cannot be returned or refunded once they have been cut, unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before we start cutting your barrier. Once cutting has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, contact us at info@waterdefense.us or +1 (305) 239-2761.

Damaged or defective products

Please inspect your barrier as soon as it arrives. If any part is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, contact us right away at info@waterdefense.us or +1 (305) 239-2761 with photos of the product and the packaging. We will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you.

Warranty

Water Defense Systems barriers are covered by a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents or modifications to the product.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method.
